Some say we should not rejoice at any one's death. Really? I feel badly that he was shot. That was too kind. The death of this monster who not only was responsible for the death of many innocents, including other Muslims, took advantage of dim witted young men by recruiting them as suicide (homicide) bombers. Osama's's was not a religious war but a war of hatred. We have a special category of crimes called "hate crimes" for which the punishment is more severe. Should we let Obama off the hook?
If anyone ever deserved a painful, lingering death, this monster is high on the list. Those who oppose this killing by quoting scripture forget that God himself intervened brutally to rescue the Israelites from their oppressors and enemies. I believe he made us to be peaceful but not stupid.
Obaama's ( not a typo, read "sheep")) decision to withhold the images of the dead killer is based upon the mistaken logic that it would cause retaliation by his supporters. Doesn't he know these lunatics have been killing us and will continue to try to kill us no matter what? Some of them, seeing the great leader dead and gone, may gain some insight into what is in store for them if they keep messing with us. A display of weakness and timidity by our leader will only encourage more violence. They understand power but only if it is used.
Just as those who continue to call for the destruction of Israel cannot be accepted, religions which call for the killing of non-believers cannot be tolerated under our concept of religious freedom. Our founders concept of "religion" could not have included the preaching of violence: theirs was a religion of peace and tolerance of other peaceful religions. If you had been one of the founders, would you have included religions which preached genocide for non-believers? I think not.
We should let the world know that any country which harbors terrorists who commit violence against us will have its capitol obliterated. Only this certainty, if we deliver once, will end this foolishness, When you are the "big dog", you should act like one.
