RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

Unless those who are religious, and not ashamed of it, and are not afraid to practice their beliefs openly do just that, there is no point to having that freedom. Practicing your religion in secret is characteristic of totalitarian, secular states.  Chick-Fil-A, owned by a courageous, religious family, is the only national company who puts its mouth where its money is!  If other Christian enterprises had the courage to close their shops on Sunday, proclaiming their beliefs, they would lose some money but they would be honoring the Lord's Day.  They would put an exclamation point behind their faith.

Those businesses which have given in to the secularists by opening their stores and businesses on Sunday just because the BLUE LAWS were struck down are either afraid to declare their faith or fear losing business.  The owner of Chick-Fil-A fears neither.

The storm he has created by declaring his Faith and beliefs shows that when people of faith declare their faith by action, there is little tolerance for religion by the secularists who have vilified him and called for boycotts and exclusion of his restaurants.  If we allow the radical left to intimidate Christian owned businesses BECAUSE of their religion, the Church itself will come next.

If you are not "mad as Hell" over this incident, you are not worthy of having religious freedom.
