DIVERSITY

"Diversity has been extolled by many for years now.  The word has to be defined by those who use it.  If, as the word seems to imply, they mean a variety of people who are really basically different in language, culture and moral and ethical values, then they are naive or stupid.  In a free society such as ours, whatever the origin of a people, whatever they bring with them must coincide with the principles set forth in our constitution.  Anything less invites conflict and chaos.

 Our founders, I am certain, when they guaranteed religious freedom had no intention of including any which violated our constitution and the laws of our land.  I'm even more certain that they would never have included one which vowed our destruction and death.  When taking the oath of citzenship an oath to uphold the constitution is sworn.  How can a member of any radical religion swear that oath if the religion instructs him otherwise?

If by "diversity" they mean people of all races and ethnicity who share values consistant with ours, then there really is no diversity.  We are all people trying to survive in an environment which allows us to live peacefully, provide for our families and worship in our own way.
