HAPPINESS

Everyone wants to be happy.  The problem arises when each person defines happiness in a different way.  Real friends are happy when they share the same concept of happiness.  Married couples sometimes discover they don't share the same view of happiness and therefore become unhappy.

Some of us don't have any idea what would make us happy.  Some of us don't know whether we are happy or unhappy.  A little reflexion is needed to discover what things in your life are important.  Once you know that and you compare what is important to what you have, you will know whether you're happy or unhappy.

For a lot of people, it takes a crisis to realize how lucky they had been until that moment.  This is a good way to determine what is important to you.  Imagine different  events and how you would feel about them.  If it wouldn't bother you, they're not important: if they would devestate you, they are.

I am the happiest camper I know.  I have a loving wife, ten wonderful children and twenty-nine absolutely precious grandchildren.  What else could I hope for?  There is more, although I don't need more.  The other stuff I can take or leave.

I KNOW I am happy and I thank God every day for the wonderful people in my life.I hope you are as lucky and happy as I am.  Everyone should be.
