We all would like to leave something behind for our kids and grandchildren. Some are able to leave huge fortunes while most are lucky to leave "a little something" or nothing. Sometimes, nothing is better than something.
The something we are leaving behind is a HUGE DEBT! That is a something that won't help but will make life miserable for a lot of people for years to come. When this debt was created, and as it continues to swell, many supported the actions which created it while many others decried and tried to stop it while warning of the long term dangers. Paying down this debt seems nearly impossible but I have a plan.
Conservatives have been trying to get rid of the so-called "Death Tax" while Liberals want to increase it. Conservatives have been trying to reduce taxes in general but Liberals want to increase them. My plan will please both sides and solve our debt problem quickly.
We should immediately double taxes for all liberals and when they die, confiscate all they own. This is their dream come true. The rest of us will continue to pay "our fair share" and hope we have something to leave our kids.
